Composition of coating surface of mold parts
组成模具的零件形状虽然各异，但构成每个零件的基本表面可概括为3种。
Although the shapes of the parts that make up the mold are different, the basic surfaces that make up each part can be summarized as three kinds.
(1)回转面零件的外圆面、内圆面、圆锥面等。
(1) Outer circular surface, inner circular surface, conical surface, etc. of revolving surface parts.
(2)平面板的表面和轴的端面等。

(3)曲面成形零件的二维曲面检查井钢模具 隔离墩模具 隔离墩钢模具 流水槽模具 U型槽模具 螺杆启闭机 卷扬式启闭机 铜雕佛像 和三维曲面等。
(3) The two-dimensional surface and three-dimensional surface of surface forming parts.
模具零件成形的实质就是解决这3种基本表面的加工问题。对于回转面和平面通常采用传统的切削加工就可以成形，根据零件表面不同的精度要求和不同的材质可以选取不同的加工方案。

Different machining schemes can be selected according to different accuracy requirements and different materials of the part surface.
